We provide written estimates after seeing what you’re actually moving, not phone quotes that change on moving day. Your estimate includes labor, transportation, and basic materials. Any additional services like packing or storage are clearly itemized so you know exactly what you’re paying for before we start.
Yes, we offer 15% discounts for military veterans and seniors, plus 10% off for new customers. These aren’t promotional gimmicks with fine print, they’re straightforward discounts on our standard rates.
As a veteran-owned company, we understand the value of service and want to give back to our community. The discounts apply to the labor portion of your move and are calculated after we provide your written estimate. Just mention the discount when you call for your estimate.
For local moves, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially during peak moving season (summer months and end/beginning of months). However, we also specialize in last-minute and emergency moves when life doesn’t give you much notice.
If you need to move quickly, call us anyway. We maintain flexibility in our schedule specifically for urgent situations. Even if we can’t accommodate your preferred date, we’ll work with you to find the earliest possible option rather than leaving you scrambling to find another company.
Start by decluttering and deciding what you actually want to move. The less stuff you move, the less time and money your move costs. Pack an essentials box with items you’ll need immediately in your new place.
If you’re packing yourself, use proper boxes and don’t overpack them. Label boxes clearly with both contents and destination room. If we’re doing the packing, just separate items you don’t want moved and secure any valuables you’re transporting yourself. We’ll handle the rest and provide all necessary packing materials.
