Cancellation and Deposit Policy:
If your first available pickup date falls within fourteen (14) business days of paying your deposit and you choose to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable unless authorized by management. For moves booked within fourteen (14) business days of the pickup date, the 72-hour cancellation window does not apply.
All date change requests must be made in writing at least five (5) business days before the scheduled pickup/packing date. Failure to do so will incur an additional $750 rescheduling fee. If the change is made within 72 hours of the move date, the fee may be higher.
If you would like to place your service on hold, your deposit can be used as credit and applied to a move within 12 months from the date of booking. Deposits will appear on your billing statement as Safe Hands Relocation LLC.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that filing a chargeback or disputing charges will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. In the event of a dispute between Safe Hands Relocation LLC and the customer, the customer will be responsible for any merchant and bank fees, as well as clearing any outstanding balance before the move can proceed.
